Purple Veronicas Tossed into the Sea (A longing to hand flowers to someone now in the next life)
Fairies Among Us (In a dream, the host of a garden party asked me to "go around back and turn on the water (valve)." I locate the valve and am prepared to roughly grab and twist it to turn on the water. The "valve" was fluttering, like flower petals on a soft breeze, it sparkled like winged fairies and was as delicate as butterfly wings. The dilemma: not turn on the water and displease my host or harm the gauzy and graceful creature.)
Teresa’s inspiration comes from dreams and occasional visions.
Total Eclipse is inspired by a memoir which takes place in the Mountains of Peru.
Art Walk is a wonderful opportunity to experience the stories.
Studio Glimpse
Flower petals are first cut and closely examined for size, shape and variation. Followed by experimenting with stem and flower placement.
